Pilates classes

Our classes range from mat classes that make use of small props to reformer classes that use elaborate Pilates reformer machines. You can choose from entry-level classes, which are ideal for those rehabilitating from an old injury or chronic pain, or intermediate and advanced options. Contact us for further details.
